What you’ll do
• Define and execute European operational strategy. • Oversee AML/AFC, customer service, payments, MiFID operations. • Manage external partners and third-party relationships. • Ensure operational risk, governance, and compliance. • Build and lead high-performing European operations teams.
What you’ll bring
• 15+ years in financial services or related fields. • Experience managing complex regulated operations. • Strong knowledge of crypto, AML, MiFID, payment services. • Proven leadership across international teams. • Bachelor's or Master's in relevant field or equivalent experience.
