About the role
The Chef will oversee food preparation and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality meals. The role requires excellent culinary skills and efficient kitchen management.
What you’ll do
• Plan menus based on customer preferences and ingredients. • Prepare meals according to recipes and quality standards. • Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen. • Coordinate kitchen staff and manage food inventory. • Monitor portion sizes and food presentation.
What you’ll bring
• Relevant culinary training or certification preferred. • Ability to plan menus and control food costs. • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene. • Proven experience as a Chef or similar role. • Willingness to work in Awka, Anambra State.
