About the role
Support digital transformation initiatives by driving adoption and managing change activities across SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs. Work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure successful business outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Define end-to-end Change Management strategy and execution. • Conduct stakeholder identification and engagement planning. • Perform impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems. • Design and execute communication and training programs. • Track and report adoption metrics and outcomes.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in Change Management for technology transformations. • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, data, or AI implementations. • Knowledge of structured Change Management methodologies like ADKAR. • Strong client-facing consulting experience. • PROSCI ADKAR certification preferred.
