About the role
Lead sales and business acquisition strategies to grow partner base and achieve financial targets in Malaysia. Manage and motivate partnership teams while collaborating with marketing and regional heads.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute sales and business acquisition strategies. • Collaborate with sales function for integrated marketing approach. • Lead and mentor Partnership team with training and development. • Manage recruitment and training of sales staff. • Negotiate and manage partnership contracts and renewals.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or above. • Minimum 5 years finance industry experience. • Experience in CFD FX industry required. • Proven sales revenue and team leadership track record. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
