About the role
Lead capture strategy to convert pipeline opportunities into contract wins for Oddball's federal portfolio. Manage full lifecycle capture efforts and collaborate across teams.
What you’ll do
• Lead full lifecycle capture efforts from qualification to post-submittal. • Develop and execute capture plans with win themes and pricing strategy. • Conduct competitive assessments including SWOT and Black Hat reviews. • Partner with teams to qualify opportunities and shape solutions. • Manage relationships with teaming partners and subcontractors.
What you’ll bring
• Proven full lifecycle capture wins on federal acquisitions. • Experience in VA, CMS, or DoD with strong customer relationships. • Lead capture team activities across business development and proposal teams. • Strong understanding of federal acquisition strategies and contract vehicles. • Bachelor’s degree and US work authorization.
