About the role
Ensure capability initiatives improve operational performance and production efficiency. Support competency assessments and knowledge transfer across assets.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with Reliability, Asset Integrity, and Production Optimization teams. • Prepare training materials and technical documentation. • Track and report capability KPIs. • Support continuous improvement initiatives. • Coordinate and deliver technical training programs.
What you’ll bring
• 5-10 years experience in Oil & Gas. • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline. • Knowledge of digital tools and simulators. • Strong communication and facilitation skills. • Ability to work across teams.
