About the role
Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams on hiring plans. • Maintain accurate hiring process data in tracking systems. • Coordinate candidate scheduling and interviews. • Ensure timely, thoughtful candidate communication. • Create and stage employment contracts.
