About the role
The Business Systems Analyst supports and improves enterprise business systems for Accounts Receivable processes. They ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with institutional and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
• Own lifecycle of AR-related Banner functionality. • Analyze AR business processes for improvements. • Partner with stakeholders to assess requirements. • Develop reports and dashboards for oversight. • Perform testing and support production systems.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. • 2+ years as Business Systems Analyst. • Experience with Ellucian Banner ERP. • Strong business analysis and documentation skills. • Knowledge of SQL preferred.
