What you’ll do
• Maintain pipeline records and submit field reports. • Oversee merchant onboarding and KYC compliance. • Discuss pricing and agreements within guidelines. • Gather market intelligence and competitor activity. • Achieve monthly targets for onboarding and loan disbursements.
What you’ll bring
• Proven track record in merchant onboarding or sales. • 2-4 years sales experience in banking or fintech. • Strong communication and relationship skills. • Bachelor’s or HND/OND from recognized institution. • Understanding of local financial services landscape.
