About the role
Lead the end-to-end design of order to cash business processes ensuring billing accuracy and financial integrity. Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to define and govern business capabilities.
What you’ll do
• Maintain detailed decomposition of order to cash capabilities. • Facilitate sessions to document and design processes. • Translate process designs into system requirements. • Support delivery tracks and update documentation. • Own change management and process adoption.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606). • 5+ years in business process design or related field. • Experience decomposing business capabilities. • Strong facilitation with cross-functional stakeholders. • Translate business processes into technical requirements.
