About the role
Support operations team with data analysis, reporting, budgeting, and business planning functions. Develop and monitor operational performance forecasts and provide actionable insights.
What you’ll do
• Develop and monitor operational performance forecasts. • Incorporate data from multiple sources and report to leadership. • Manage provider issues and productivity data requests. • Prepare and present financial and operational reports. • Act as liaison between administration and hospital departments.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare or related field. • 1-3 years experience in financial planning or business operations. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
