About the role
Design realistic, multi-step business operations tasks with objective grading criteria for AI evaluation. Turn real operational workflows into benchmark tasks requiring judgment and domain expertise.
What you’ll do
• Design multi-step tasks from real operations work. • Define objective grading criteria for reviewers. • Create or source supporting materials. • Flag ambiguous or ungradable tasks. • Deliver tasks on schedule and quality.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years hands-on business operations experience. • Experience with SOPs, QA checklists, or process documentation. • Strong Excel skills. • Strong English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred). • AI evaluation experience is a plus.
