About the role
Identify and engage tailors and fashion designers to support vendor onboarding and platform operations. Help vendors complete registration, verification, and product listing preparation for a fashion technology platform.
What you’ll do
• Identify and contact prospective tailors and designers. • Guide vendors through registration and verification. • Follow up on incomplete applications and corrections. • Support vendors in preparing accurate product listings. • Maintain outreach records and submit reports.
What you’ll bring
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Good relationship-building and follow-through. • Ability to organise multiple prospects independently. • Comfortable using spreadsheets and online platforms. • Experience in sales or customer support is an advantage.
