About the role
The Sales Development Advisor makes high-volume outbound calls to generate interest and qualify prospects for licensed insurance agents. This is a metrics-driven sales role with paid training and career growth opportunities.
What you’ll do
• Make up to 800 outbound calls daily. • Generate interest and engage prospective customers. • Qualify prospects for licensed insurance agents. • Follow sales scripts and processes. • Meet monthly transfer and performance goals.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 1+ year telesales or phone sales experience. • Strong objection-handling skills. • Confident and energetic phone presence. • Ability to follow scripts and accept coaching.
