About the role
Drive outbound sales efforts to win mid-market customers by opening conversations and shaping the outbound playbook. Generate pipeline and collaborate closely with Account Executives to convert leads.
What you’ll do
• Research and personalize outreach using AI tools. • Prospect into defined mid-market account lists. • Execute multi-channel outreach including email and phone. • Test messaging and channels for continuous improvement. • Report results and partner with Account Executives.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2+ years outbound BDR or SDR experience in B2B SaaS. • Experience prospecting companies with 250+ employees. • Strong communication skills. • Active use of AI tools in workflow. • Coachability and desire to grow into closing role.
