About the role
The Business Development Officer will acquire new customers and promote loan products to meet targets. They will build customer relationships and support loan application and repayment processes.
What you’ll do
• Follow up on leads, loan applications, and approvals. • Build strong customer relationships. • Maintain sales trackers and submit reports. • Support repayment follow-ups and report overdue accounts. • Acquire new customers and market loan products.
What you’ll bring
• Assess customers' businesses and repayment capacity. • Generate leads through cold calls and networking. • Collect and verify customer loan documentation. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Manage portfolio quality and delinquency.
