About the role
The Business Development Manager will help new Home Improvement Contractors join GoodLeap by identifying and qualifying prospective partners. Collaborates with the team to ensure partner success and access to superior loan programs.
What you’ll do
• Identify and qualify prospective GoodLeap partners. • Source new partnership opportunities via inbound and outbound. • Develop knowledge of GoodLeap products and customer needs. • Collaborate with Business Development Directors for partner success. • Innovate sales processes and provide feedback for improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 5 years experience selling to HI contractors or distributors. • Experience working for HI contractor selling to homeowners using finance. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and customer focused.
