About the role
Manage business development and sales activities in the real estate market. Drive lead generation, client relationships, and property transactions to meet sales targets.
What you’ll do
• Identify and develop new real estate business opportunities. • Convert leads into paying clients and achieve sales targets. • Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships. • Organize and conduct site inspections for clients. • Maintain CRM and provide sales reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred. • 3 years experience in real estate sales or business development. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to meet sales targets under pressure.
