About the role
Identify new revenue opportunities in HR consulting and outsourcing. Convert prospects into clients and provide commercial intelligence to drive growth.
What you’ll do
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Identify and engage potential clients for HR services. • Analyze client data to find upselling opportunities. • Develop and deliver tailored commercial proposals. • Own full sales cycle from lead to contract closure.
What you’ll bring
• 3-4 years in business development or sales. • Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. • Proven track record closing B2B deals. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
