About the role
Lead internal operations, business administration, and organisational effectiveness to support client delivery and growth. Manage operational, financial, people, and administrative functions of the firm.
What you’ll do
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations. • Support budgeting, financial planning, and expense management. • Coordinate client engagements and internal workflows. • Oversee day-to-day operations and process improvements. • Manage systems, reporting, and HR administration.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 4 years in business operations or similar role. • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. • Strong knowledge of HR and Nigerian labour laws. • Experience with project management and CRM tools. • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
