About the role
Supervise building projects and property maintenance ensuring quality and compliance. Manage contractors and site workers to deliver projects on time and budget.
What you’ll do
• Interpret and execute structural/architectural drawings. • Manage artisans, contractors and site workers. • Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality control. • Handle property maintenance and renovation. • Prepare weekly site progress reports.
What you’ll bring
• Proficient in interpreting drawings and AutoCAD. • CORBON/NIOB registration is an advantage. • Minimum 3 years building construction supervision. • Must reside within Lagos. • HND/B.Sc in Building Technology or related field.
