About the role
Lead and manage brewing teams to meet production plans and maintain quality standards. Ensure operational and technical excellence in the brewing department.
What you’ll do
• Promote beer brewing quality excellence. • Provide brewing process expertise and lead problem solving. • Manage health, safety and risk. • Control fixed and variable costs. • Ensure adherence to quality and environmental standards.
What you’ll bring
• BSc in Biological Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. • Completed brewing traineeship. • At least 2 years production experience, 1 year management. • IBD Papers 1,2&3 completed and passed. • Master Brewer IBD qualification obtained, studying towards MB.
