About the role
Oversee brand strategy, marketing campaigns, trade marketing, and digital initiatives to drive sales growth and brand profitability. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure marketing translates into commercial results.
What you’ll do
• Develop on-trade and off-trade activation programmes. • Manage brand positioning and market expansion. • Drive trade marketing initiatives supporting sales and visibility. • Manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign ROI. • Oversee digital marketing and influencer partnerships.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 5 years brand management or FMCG marketing experience. • CIM or equivalent marketing qualification preferred. • Strong understanding of Nigerian consumer and trade environment. • Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
