About the role
Lead branch operations and drive business growth by managing loan officers and customer acquisition.
What you’ll do
• Supervise and coach Loan Officers. • Drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth. • Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement. • Oversee loan recovery and portfolio quality. • Prepare branch reports and ensure operational compliance.
What you’ll bring
• HND or B.Sc. in any discipline. • Leadership or supervisory experience. • Strong business development and people management skills. • Experience in financial services is an advantage. • Willingness to work and serious candidates only.
Life at Compovine Technologies
Two weeks compulsory training with accommodation provided. Weekly transportation and data allowance. 70% field work, 30% office work, Monday to Friday.
