About the role
Join Natera's Bioinformatics R&D team focusing on cancer recurrence monitoring. Analyze large cancer genomics datasets and develop computational methods.
What you’ll do
• Analyze high-throughput DNA sequencing datasets. • Implement and validate novel algorithms and statistical methods. • Collaborate with molecular biologists and bioinformatics scientists. • Contribute to experimental design and quality control. • Develop bioinformatics tools and pipelines.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics or related field; Master's preferred. • 2+ years experience in high-throughput genomic sequencing analysis. • Experience with NGS data analysis and Python programming. • Knowledge of cancer biology and genomics. • Familiarity with Linux command-line tools and public databases.
