About the role
Provide expert support on complex billing and revenue cycle management cases within Elation Billing. Work hands-on with live cases to resolve billing issues and improve team knowledge.
What you’ll do
• Own complex billing and revenue cycle cases requiring practitioner-level judgment. • Serve as escalation resource for billing nuances beyond scripted troubleshooting. • Diagnose billing context to distinguish product issues from workflow mismatches. • Partner with Product teams to inform roadmap with billing feedback. • Maintain billing knowledge base and help calibrate AI Case Assistant.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years hands-on medical billing and revenue cycle management experience. • Fluency in CPT/ICD-10 coding and payer-specific billing rules. • Experience with EHR or medical billing platforms. • Strong communication skills for clear guidance. • Comfortable working directly in live case queue.
