About the role
Prepare and process invoices, maintain accurate billing records, and ensure timely invoicing and documentation.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly. • Maintain records of invoices, payments, and balances. • Follow up to resolve billing discrepancies. • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes. • Prepare invoicing reports and file documents.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in related field. • 1–2 years experience in invoicing or billing. • Strong numerical and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and invoicing software.
