About the role
Oversee billing operations, reporting, account reconciliation, and revenue tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance. Partner with Finance, Sales, Media Operations, and clients to maintain efficient billing processes and resolve discrepancies.
What you’ll do
• Manage end-to-end billing process and issue resolution. • Ensure billing matches contracts and client requirements. • Monitor billing timelines and minimize revenue leakage. • Prepare and distribute billing and revenue reports. • Lead process improvements and cross-functional billing initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. • 5+ years in billing, reporting, or accounting operations. • Experience in media or entertainment preferred. • Advanced Excel and ERP system skills. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
