About the role
Manage billing and follow-up tasks with insurance companies to maximize reimbursement. Work in a team to ensure best practices in claim submission and resolution.
What you’ll do
• Review and prioritize follow-up activities for claims. • Research and resolve claim denial issues. • Contact insurance companies to resolve payment delays. • Capture follow-up activities with clear notes. • Support denial and cash posting tasks as needed.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years healthcare billing and follow-up experience. • Understanding of claim submission and payer delays. • Knowledge of cash posting and reconciliation. • Exposure to mental health or telehealth clinicians. • Comfortable with ambiguity and process development.
