About the role
Advise customers on insurance needs using PolicyMe’s digital platform. Manage inbound leads and guide clients through insurance products in French and English.
What you’ll do
• Help clients navigate life, critical illness, health & dental insurance options. • Manage 300–350 inbound leads monthly. • Use HubSpot to track conversations and applications. • Recommend coverage based on customer needs. • Maintain high-quality service via phone, email, and SMS.
What you’ll bring
• Bilingual in French and English. • Licensed Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent with valid LLQP. • 1-4 years insurance or related experience. • Strong organizational skills managing high-volume pipeline. • Proven consultative sales track record.
