Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role
Manage personal injury cases by coordinating medical records, insurance, and billing. Serve as a trusted contact to support clients and legal teams throughout case progress.
What you’ll do
• Take ownership of follow-ups with minimal supervision. • Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to advance cases. • Escalate urgent concerns to legal team members. • Provide timely updates on case progress and documentation. • Coordinate billing and track medical records and balances.
What you’ll bring
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish. • Experience in personal injury case management or related roles. • Ability to handle 30 inbound/outbound calls daily. • Availability Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. • Proficiency with RingCentral and legal case management systems.
