About the role
Educate customers on insurance needs and guide them through product options. Manage inbound leads and ensure customers get appropriate coverage.
What you’ll do
• Help clients navigate insurance options using digital platform. • Speak with customers in French and English. • Manage 300–350 inbound leads monthly. • Use HubSpot to track conversations and applications. • Recommend coverage based on customer needs.
What you’ll bring
• Bilingual in French and English. • Licensed Life and Accident & Sickness insurance agent with LLQP. • 1-4 years insurance or related experience. • Experience managing high-volume pipeline. • Strong consultative sales and communication skills.
