About the role
Support Canadian plan members through illness, injury, and recovery to help them return to work. Use clinical insight and analytical skills to manage disability cases with empathy and sound decision-making.
What you’ll do
• Handle caseload per service level agreements and turnaround times. • Respond to emails and calls promptly. • Assess claims on contractual, medical, and vocational factors. • Collaborate with sponsors, members, and providers for return-to-work. • Write letters communicating benefit information.
What you’ll bring
• Fully bilingual in French and English. • Healthcare degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Ability to make decisions efficiently under deadlines. • Knowledge of disability management or group benefits is an asset. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
