About the role
Provide empathetic, high-quality support to Instacart consumers, shoppers, retailers, and advertisers. Handle live customer contacts and resolve complex order and account issues.

• Handle live customer contacts via phone, chat, and email. • Navigate and execute complex workflows using established tools. • Investigate customer issues thoroughly for accurate outcomes. • Document cases with clear, detailed notes. • Identify patterns and provide suggestions to leadership.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 1+ year customer-facing role experience. • Fluency in French, spoken and written. • Comfort handling live contacts in fast-paced environment. • Schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays.
