About the role
Provide empathetic, high-quality support to Instacart consumers, shoppers, retailers, and advertisers. Handle live customer contacts and resolve complex order and account issues.
What you’ll do
• Handle live customer contacts via phone, chat, and email. • Navigate complex workflows using established tools and policies. • Investigate customer issues thoroughly for accurate outcomes. • Document cases clearly for downstream teams. • Identify patterns and suggest improvements to leadership.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or equivalent. • 1+ year customer-facing experience. • Fluency in Spanish spoken and written. • Comfort handling live contacts in fast-paced environment. • Schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holidays.
