About the role
Resolve overdue bills and collect payments from individuals or businesses. Identify accounts with overdue payments and maintain records of debts.
What you’ll do
• Increase collection of outstanding payments. • Identify accounts with overdue payments. • Maintain collection and metric goals. • Make outbound/inbound calls to resolve debts. • Comply with collections policies and procedures.
What you’ll bring
• 1-2 years experience in credit and collections. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Prior telemarketing experience preferred. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
