About the role
Provide technical support and assess automotive repairs remotely using your mechanical expertise. Collaborate with teams to ensure fair pricing and quality maintenance.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with internal teams providing technical support. • Assess necessity and accuracy of recommended repairs. • Ensure repair work is performed and priced fairly. • Identify cost savings and negotiate repairs. • Maintain performance metrics and professionalism.
What you’ll bring
• Valid mechanic’s license 310S or 310T. • 5+ years hands-on automotive or truck repair experience. • Bilingual English/French required. • 5+ years contact center experience (asset). • Proficient in MS Office; ASE certification or willing to obtain.
