About the role
Coordinate competitive, compliant, and timely submissions for oil and gas service opportunities. Manage bid preparation, document control, and cross-functional coordination.
What you’ll do
• Review invitations to tender and prepare compliance checklists. • Support pricing, clarifications, presentations, and contract negotiations. • Coordinate technical, commercial, legal, HSE, and finance inputs. • Maintain tender records, credentials, templates, and performance reports. • Track bid outcomes and contribute to post-bid reviews.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum five years bidding or tendering experience. • Knowledge of procurement portals and industry compliance. • Good understanding of technical and commercial proposal processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in related discipline.
