About the role
Coordinate competitive, compliant, and timely submissions for oil and gas service opportunities. Manage bid preparation, document control, and cross-functional coordination.
What you’ll do
• Support pricing, clarifications, presentations, and contract negotiations. • Maintain tender records, credentials, templates, and performance reports. • Monitor tender portals and identify suitable opportunities. • Review invitations to tender and prepare compliance checklists. • Track bid outcomes and contribute to post-bid reviews.
What you’ll bring
• Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills. • Ability to interpret tender requirements and manage multiple deadlines. • Knowledge of procurement portals and industry compliance requirements. • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in relevant discipline. • Minimum five years’ bidding or tendering experience in oil and gas services.
