About the role
Manage day-to-day execution and administration of EMEA benefit programs. Handle employee life-cycle benefits with precision and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Lead new hire enrollments and off-cycle qualifying life events. • Manage insurance claims and conduct quarterly headcount audits. • Serve as senior escalation point for complex employee inquiries. • Document solutions in SOPs and manage invoice reconciliation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. • 4+ years HR Benefits administration experience. • Proficient with HRIS, payroll systems, and vendor portals. • Advanced Excel skills for auditing and reporting. • Experience leveraging AI for operational efficiency.
