About the role
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages with professional service to hotel guests. Maintain equipment, manage supplies, and support smooth café operations following hygiene and safety standards.
What you’ll do
• Prepare espresso-based and other approved beverages. • Operate and maintain coffee equipment. • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of beverage station. • Follow hygiene, food safety, and allergen procedures. • Handle guest orders and complaints professionally.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee equipment. • Previous barista or beverage-service experience preferred. • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. • Minimum SSCE/WAEC or equivalent. • Basic numeracy and POS skills desirable.
