About the role
The Bar Supervisor oversees daily bar operations ensuring efficient service, high-quality beverage preparation, and excellent customer experience. They supervise staff, maintain standards, and coordinate the bar team smoothly.
What you’ll do
• Supervise and coordinate all bar staff and daily operations. • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages. • Ensure timely and efficient service to customers. • Monitor drink quality, presentation, and consistency. • Enforce hygiene, safety, and service standards.
What you’ll bring
• OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality or related field with 3-4 years experience. • Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes and liquor types. • Ability to use shakers, blenders, and other bar equipment. • Strong customer service skills and welcoming atmosphere creation. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
