About the role

What you’ll do
• Market bar offerings and promotional events to guests. • Drive daily and weekly sales targets by up-selling. • Engage patrons to increase spend per table. • Build relationships with high-value patrons and clients. • Collaborate with staff to ensure order accuracy and service quality.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE or HND in any discipline. • At least 2 years experience in bar or hospitality sales. • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills. • Confident with persuasion and negotiation abilities. • Ability to commute independently for evening/night shifts.
