About the role
Provide exceptional service by handling routine banking tasks like payments, deposits, and withdrawals. Ensure accurate transaction processing and customer support.
What you’ll do
• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and payments. • Resolve complaints and account discrepancies. • Process cashier's checks and foreign currency exchange. • Record transactions accurately and promptly. • Promote bank products and services to customers.
What you’ll bring
• OND/HND qualification required. • 1-2 years teller or related experience preferred. • Knowledge of customer service principles. • Ability to use Microsoft Office products.
