About the role

What you’ll do
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the bakery. • Handle and store ingredients and equipment properly. • Monitor baking temperatures and timing. • Knead, shape, proof, and bake bread. • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
What you’ll bring
• 2–3 years experience as a Bread Baker. • Knowledge of bread-making techniques. • Good food safety and hygiene understanding. • Ability to work flexible hours. • Minimum SSCE/OND qualification.
