About the role
Deliver CertiK's KYC badge product by conducting background interviews and investigations into project teams. Issue KYC badges that signify verification standards.
What you’ll do
• Manage delivery of CertiK’s KYC badge product. • Conduct interviews to assess risks and identify discrepancies. • Perform investigations using open-source information. • Provide excellent customer service during KYC process. • Document findings to support KYC badge decisions.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years experience in investigations or KYC. • Proven experience conducting behavioral interviews. • Fluent in English with strong communication skills. • Experience with OSINT investigations. • Familiarity with Web3 social media platforms.
