About the role
Design, build, and operate backend services powering reliable software delivery. Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable solutions with real customer impact.
What you’ll do
• Design, implement, test, and operate production services and APIs. • Lead projects from problem definition through deployment. • Balance scalability, performance, reliability, and security. • Improve system observability and operability. • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Support teams.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years building and operating production software. • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, testing, debugging. • Experience with Go, Python, Rust, or equivalent backend language. • Design reliable, observable, maintainable services. • Clear communication of technical decisions and tradeoffs.
