About the role
Help balance development velocity with reliability by partnering with engineering teams and improving automation and tooling. Play a key role in shaping SRE practices at Jamf.
What you’ll do
• Define service-level objectives and error budgets with engineering teams. • Investigate complex production issues using AI and observability tools. • Produce clear technical documentation and runbooks. • Eliminate toil through automation, AI agents, and process changes. • Drive cross-team collaboration and mentor engineers on SRE practices.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in software engineering, SRE or production operations. • Strong production troubleshooting skills across the stack. • Experience with Agile development frameworks. • Hands-on AWS production service operation experience. • Proficient in automation with Python, Go, Java or similar.
