About the role
Adjudicate automotive claims, assess coverage, and provide bilingual customer service. Handle intake, documentation, and investigation of new losses.
What you’ll do
• Deliver professional service on phone inquiries. • Authorize claims and answer inbound calls. • Process paperwork per procedures. • Maintain high customer service. • Perform other assigned duties.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years automotive service experience. • Strong communication and multitasking skills. • Ability to work in fast-paced environment. • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, multiple systems. • Bilingual English and Spanish. • High school diploma.
