About the role
Lead design, maintenance, and optimization of automation and control systems to support production and operational excellence. Provide technical leadership and drive digitalization and process improvements.
What you’ll do
• Operate and maintain compression mold machines. • Maintain production machines and troubleshoot issues. • Develop and optimize PLC and HMI programs. • Manage calibration and maintenance of instrumentation. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or HND in relevant engineering discipline. • 6-8 years industrial automation experience. • 3 years leadership or supervisory experience. • Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills. • Experience with SCADA, HMI, VFDs, and process control systems.
